Dohy HONG: Dohy is the CEO of N2NSoft which he founded in 2003. Under his leadership N2NSoft provided a number advanced technology development services, issuing several patents with customers, and developed NetScale into a commercial grade product. Dohy completed his PhD thesis under the supervision of François Baccelli at INRIA in 2000. Then he was a researcher for 3 years at INRIA on network modeling and analysis, with a specific focus on the mathematical characterization of TCP . Dohy co-authored the technology which is the foundation of Netscale and co-authored numerous papers. In particular their INFOCOM 2003 paper was nominated for the Best Paper Award. Dohy is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and got his PhD at INRIA. |

François BACCELLI: Member of the French Academie des Sciences, directeur de Recherche at INRIA, head of the TREC research group in the Computer Science Department of Ecole Normale Superieure of Paris, his main areas of interest include queueing theory, network modeling and stochastic analysis. François was elected as a member of the French Academies des Sciences in November 2005. He received the Prix France-Telecom of Academie des Sciences in 2002 and the IBM Academic Award in 2004. At INFOCOM's 2003 Conference, two of his papers were nominated for INFOCOM's Best Paper Award, one of them on mobile adhoc networks, the second one on the dynamics of TCP over large network co-written with Dohy and which forms one of the foundations of NetScale™'s patented technology. |

Daniel KOFMAN: Professor at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications of Paris, Daniel Kofman heads Telecom ParisTech's Networks, Mobility and Security Research Group. Daniel is the scientific coordinator and chairman of the steering board of the European Network of Excellence Euro-NGI, composed of 59 partners from academy and industry in eighteen countries. Euro-NGI is an integrated research effort focusing on the design of Next Generation Internet. Daniel is also contributing to the preparation of the upcoming European Commission Framework Program 7 (FP7) in the area of networking and the future of the Internet. He has advised various governmental and research agencies as well as numerous companies in the telecommunications industry, and is a frequent guest lecturer at universities in Europe, Asia and North and South America. He has already participated in several start-up companies and is a co-founder of Net-Tone. Since September 20, 2006 he is CTO of RAD Data Communications. |

Pierre EISENMANN: Pierre Eisenmann joined N2NSoft in December 2006 as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role he was responsible for the definition and implementation of the business development strategy for N2NSoft. He is now a special advisor to the CEO. Previously he worked for 11 years at Nortel first as manager of the signal processing team then as account marketing leader for major wireless operators, finally he created and led the end-to-end engineering activity for wireless networks. His group developed powerful performance analysis and optimization services for wireless data operators. In two years they served more than 24 customers worldwide, most of them affiliates of the major wireless service providers. They were nominated for the "Best Network Quality Initiative" at 3GSM2006. He coauthored 7 conference papers and 2 patents on wireless data traffic engineering. Previously he worked for 8 years at Schlumberger designing probes for oil exploration. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris. |
